We must receive the item back within 10 business days, anytime after 10 business days will result in an online credit which will not expire for one year. After 30 business days all sales are final sale. Sale Items are final Sale.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Domestic Shipping
Standard USPS/Priority Mail (2 - 5 days) — $5.00
Overnight USPS Service — $20.00
Overnight UPS — $30.00

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays. If you place an order and your item is for some reason out of stock you will be notified immediately.

International Shipping
USPS First Class Airmail (no tracking) (4 wks) — $15.00
USPS Priority Airmail (1 - 2 wks) — $35.00
USPS Express Mail (4 - 6 days) — $39.00

Note, First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

You are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Suite201. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
