All returns and exchanges are store credit only. Your store credit will never expire. We must receive your return back within 14 business days. To begin your return, please send an email to Suite201returns@gmail.com with your order number and notify us of your return/exchange. Sale Items are final Sale.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2nd Day Air UPS Service (2 business days) — $20.00
Overnight UPS — $50.00
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays. If you place an order and your item is for some reason out of stock you will be notified immediately.
DHL EXPRESS (3 - 4 business days) — starting at $48.00

We cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
Note, First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
You are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Suite201. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
